Karina Kalvaitis creates a parallel world full of personable, odd and awkward creatures that are familiar yet strange. Karina graduated from the Alberta College of Art & Design and later studied theatre prop building at the Banff Centre. She works as an artist full time (with stints in the world of props). Emily Olsen is a graduate of the Simon Fraser University “Writers Studio” Program. She is published in various poetry anthologies and Seaside Magazine. Emily hosts healing circles, workshops, and storytelling events. She lives in WSÁNEĆ Territory on Vancouver Island with her husband and two children.
