Dream City (Devin Babineau, Fern Long, Clare Thomas)
Dream City is a collaboration between Devin Babineau, Fern Long and Clare Thomas that optimistically imagines the possibilities of an altered urban environment at a time of rapid social and environmental change.
Cast-off industrial and domestic materials become precious: cardboard, plastic, wire and cloth are pressed into new forms to reflect the shifting realities of contemporary life, reimagining personal, social and critical associations between the objects, bodies and place. They are working with the artifacts of now.
