We gather around a table to share food, celebrate, negotiate difficult conversations, shed tears of happiness and sorrow. This mixed media installation explores sensory, cultural, and societal associations of what it means to ‘come to the table’ from the artist’s perspective as a fourth generation Ukrainian/Canadian.
